Modern Panel Indonesia (Modern Precast & Concrete) is a manufacturing company and a subsidiary of PT. Modernland Realty Tbk, established in 2010, originally known to the public as MPANEL, with a focus on producing MPanel building materials (EPS Panel).
In 2017, with support from the parent company, MPanel expanded its operations by transforming into Modern Precast & Concrete. This transformation involved not only the production of MPanel but also the manufacturing of Precast Concrete products, Readymix Concrete, and Wiremesh, with the aim of capturing a larger share of the construction market in Indonesia.
