Jakarta, June 11, 2025 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. received a prestigious award at the TOP CSR Awards 2025 for its success in implementing corporate social responsibility programs that have a real and sustainable impact. In the annual award event organized by an independent assessing body, Modernland Realty was recognized for successfully integrating the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into the company’s business strategy consistently and with a long-term orientation.

Not only at the institutional level, but recognition was also given to the President Commissioner of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., Dharma Mitra, who was named a visionary leader in CSR implementation. This individual award was given in recognition of his strategic leadership and active role in driving the company’s transformation toward inclusive and socially responsible business practices.

The TOP CSR Awards 2025 was officially announced after the judging panel completed the entire assessment process, including the interview stage. PT Modernland Realty Tbk. and the President Commissioner of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., Dharma Mitra, received the award at the grand event of TOP CSR Awards 2025, held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Dian Ballroom, Hotel Raffles, Ciputra World, South Jakarta.

Carrying the theme “CSR for Sustainable Business Growth and Asta Cita Government Programs,” the event, attended by over 600 participants from various sectors, including the company’s board of directors, the CSR/TJSL team, and stakeholders, with a keynote speech from the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia, Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, emphasized the importance of the private sector’s role in supporting national development and sustainability agendas.

Through various initiatives such as integrated area development, environmental preservation, and community empowerment programs, Modernland Realty has demonstrated real contributions in line with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
