PT Modernland Realty Tbk. once again received an award at the BEST Human Capital Awards 2025 (HC Awards) organized by BusinessAsia Indonesia magazine, in collaboration with experts and professionals in the field of Human Capital, Associations, HC Forums and Communities, Academics, as well as supported by the relevant Ministries and management consulting companies. The award ceremony was held at the Auditorium Binakarna - Hotel Bidakara Jakarta, Wednesday (27/08).

Modernland Realty won the BEST Human Capital Awards 2025 in the category of BEST Human Investment 2025. Additionally, William Honoris, as the President Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., received the award in the category of Best Leadership on Human Capital Commitment 2025.
