Meanwhile, ModernCikande Industrial Estate received an award in the category: Property Development – Subcategory: Industrial Estate Development, with the title: The Favourite Industrial Park Development in Banten. This recognition was given because the largest industrial estate in Banten Province possesses several advantages according to PIA 2024 general assessment criteria, including a strategic location, good infrastructure, availability of skilled labor needed by industries, various supporting facilities, environmental consideration, and a sustainable development concept.
Additionally, Modernland Cilejit received an award in the category: Property Development – Subcategory: Township Development, with the title: The Prospective TOD Township with Affordable Housing in Tangerang. This recognition was granted because the developing residential area has several advantages according to PIA 2024 general assessment criteria, including a strategic location, environmental considerations, area development concept, facility development plans, modern and functional design, and promising investment potential.
With the theme “Emphasizing Energy-efficient Buildings, Green Infrastructure, and Sustainable Development Strategies,” Properti Indonesia designated 32 recipients of the Golden Trophy at the 2024 Indonesia Property Award, presented to property industry stakeholders, including real estate companies, property consultants, building material providers, brokerage firms, banking institutions, property supporting services, and the best projects that serve as references for consumers in Jabodetabek and other major cities in Indonesia.
