Cikande, September 27, 2018 – PT Modern Asia Hotel, a business unit of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., in collaboration with Swiss-Belhotel International, officially inaugurated the Swiss-Belinn ModernCikande hotel located within the ModernCikande Industrial Estate in Serang, Banten.

The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors, Commissioners, and management of both companies.

“Operating a business without proper accommodation facilities is incomplete. This hotel is designed to support business travelers in the Cikande industrial area.

Strategically located on Jalan Raya Jakarta–Serang KM 68, this internationally standardized three-star hotel aims to accommodate tenants and business visitors,” said Reagan Honoris.

The hotel is built on a 7,750 m² land area with a total building area of 10,640 m² and consists of 10 floors.

Facilities include six meeting rooms, a ballroom with a capacity of 1,000 people, a restaurant, lobby lounge, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and spacious parking area.

The total investment value of the project reached IDR 125 billion.

Swiss-Belinn ModernCikande offers 165 rooms across four categories: Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, 1 Bedroom Apartment, and Modern Suite Room.

The hotel is designed to provide comfort and elegance, catering to business travelers visiting the industrial estate.

William Honoris stated that the hotel is part of the Company’s diversification strategy.

“With this hotel, we aim to support tenant accommodation needs and enhance the overall attractiveness of the ModernCikande Industrial Estate,” he said.

The industrial estate itself, developed by PT Modern Industrial Estat, hosts over 200 companies and employs around 20,000 workers.

Strategically located between Balaraja and Serang, the estate offers direct toll access to Jakarta–Tangerang via Ciujung-Kragilan and Cikande exits.
