Jakarta, August 23, 2022 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. was named one of the Top 10 Developers in Indonesia at the BCI Asia Awards 2022, an annual recognition for leading architecture firms and developers with the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.

The awards have been held since 2003 across seven regions: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The recognition is given to developers with the highest project value, strong commitment to sustainability, green building design, and outstanding architectural and interior concepts.

Winners are selected based on the aggregate value of projects under construction over the past year, as well as their sustainability performance and verified green building ratings.

The award ceremony was held at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Pacific Place, Jakarta, and was received by Kelvin O Lesmana.
