Jakarta, October 19, 2023 – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. received an award at the TOP Human Capital Awards 2023 (TOP HC Awards), organized by Top Business Magazine.
In this year’s event, Top Business Magazine collaborated with and was supported by Human Capital teams from various institutions, including human capital associations, consultants, and universities.
The jury panel was chaired by Budi Widjaya Soetjipto, a renowned management expert and academic.
The companies awarded at the TOP Human Capital Awards are those recognized for successfully implementing a strong Human Capital Management System (HCMS) that supports sustainable business growth.
The 2023 awards carried the theme “Transformation of Human Capital Management System to Accelerate the Sustainable Business Growth.”
Based on objective and independent evaluations conducted by the assessment team and jury through judging interviews, two categories of awards were granted.
First, PT Modernland Realty Tbk. received the TOP Human Capital Awards 2023 in the #Star 4 category.
Second, Dharma Mitra, Vice President Director of the Company, was awarded The Most Committed Top Leader on Human Capital 2023.
The award ceremony was held at Dian Ballroom – Hotel Raffles Jakarta on Thursday (October 19, 2023), where the award was received directly by Dharma Mitra.
