Jakarta, April 22, 2021 - PT Modernland Realty Tbk. received an award at the TOP Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards 2021, organized by Top Business Magazine in collaboration with several CSR consultants, business associations, and CSR associations, and supported by the Indonesian CSR Journalists Association.

The TOP CSR Awards 2021, themed “The Strategic Role of CSR in Supporting Sustainable Business Continuity in the New Normal Era,” was held to encourage improvements in the effectiveness and quality of CSR programs among companies operating in Indonesia.

The award categories of the TOP CSR Awards 2021 for companies/organizations were classified into 5 Star levels, assessed based on the criteria of CSR Governance Policies and Systems, Outstanding CSR Programs during the COVID-19 Pandemic, CSR Alignment with Business Strategy & CSV (Creating Shared Value) Implementation, and the Level of CSR Adoption of ISO 26000 Social Responsibility.

PT Modernland Realty Tbk. successfully won the TOP CSR Awards 2021 in the #Star 4 Category, while William Honoris, as President Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., received the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2021 award. The award presentation was held at Dian Ballroom – Hotel Raffles Jakarta, Thursday (April 22, 2021).

The award was received directly by Dharma Mitra, Corporate Human Capital & Legal Division Head of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. In his remarks, Dharma Mitra said that going forward, PT Modernland Realty Tbk. will continue to enhance the implementation of its CSR programs so that they can provide maximum long-term contributions to both the community and the environment.

“We are pleased and grateful to once again receive the TOP CSR Awards 2021. As a company engaged in Urban Development, Industrial, and Hospitality businesses, we will continue to align PT Modernland Realty Tbk.’s CSR policies with the company’s mission, namely to contribute to society by consistently carrying out ideal urban and industrial development,” said Dharma Mitra after receiving the award.

Furthermore, Dharma Mitra stated that PT Modernland Realty Tbk. is currently implementing CSR programs on a sustainable basis. There are 3 CSR programs being presented: Short-Term CSR Programs, Medium-Term CSR Programs, and Long-Term CSR Programs. In addition, Modernland implements its CSR programs in a measurable manner. This means that all CSR programs are carried out through a proper governance system. The governance system consists of the Planning Stage, Implementation Stage, Evaluation Stage, and Reporting.
